There are herbs and food which helps to boost your milk supply. For example, fenugreek is one of the herbs which you can use for increased milk supply. Oatmeal is another food which you can consume for milk supply. You also need to take healthy protein and fat rich diet for better breastfeeding. Get the support from others
You need to spend time with your baby if you breastfeed. I experienced that I could not do some of the daily tasks simply because I have to nurse my child.
